Implementation programs

  • The team continually reflected on how to go beyond one-way resource giving and instead foster mutual learning with developing countries. This led to three focus areas: educational equality, cultural exchange, and cross-border cooperation.

  • Our actions follow three themes—Buku, Moyo, and Limodzi—meaning books, life, and cooperation in Chichewa.

English Reading Workshop 2.0

The reading workshop has run for two years, with local volunteers holding biweekly sessions to build students’ reading habits and skills.

Through a school club in Taiwan, college students explore African culture and cross-border education, and visit Malawi during summer to serve and experience local life firsthand.

Taiwan-Malawi Primary School Pen-Pal Projects

In partnership with local NGOs in Yilan, we connect primary school students in Taiwan and Malawi as pen pals to share their lives through letters and online chats.
